What is the best CAD software for 3D?

I know about AutoCAD, Rhino and Solidwoks, are there any other good ones and I already have AutoCAD but is solidworks better?

1. i use turbo cad with add in with google sketch up. its pretty cool and simple to learn.
2. I have SolidWorks, and for 3D modeling it is by far better. The most resounding reason is the fact you can see a 'solid' model, as opposed to a wire frame.
