Hannah Montana 3D Movie (this isn't a fan question)?
Not that I'm going to, but is it possible to sue Disney Channel for false advertisement because of Hannah Montana 3D? First, they [Disney] said that Hannah Montana was exclusively for one week... then they stretched it to one month... and now they're playing the movie on Disney for "one" time for, basically, no charge. So can I execute my first question? Second... if you're a parent that's annoyed by Hannah Montana consumerism, can you write it down? Please and thank you in advance! P.S. In case all you read was 'sue Disney Channel' - I'm not going to. This is just a project I'm doing for a summer academy I'm going to. It's for this law enforcement class :/

- I don't think it is legal to sue somebody for something so minor. It is like suing Geiko for putting something not real (a talking lizard) into the commercial. They are just stretching the truth, not doing anything harmful. Just because Disney Channel has not stuck to there limited time one week thing doesn't mean that it is against the law. And I actually think that it is a good thing that they are playing it on TV, for people who missed it.
- Im sure you could sue, but Disney prob. has the best lawyer in the buisness. Also isnt it only false advertisement when there selling something? Or trying to get you to buy something? So, i think there allowed to change what they say! Something like this "The date of this movie is subject to change" could have been in fine print at bottom. Also why would a "Law Enforcement Class" be concerning legal issues?
