if the Video Memory was Up to 1535 MB (256 MB dedicated) so the game only use 256 mb only open this to see my lap top ? 1. try plugging your laptop into the wall and turning off the power saving features. Also see if there are any background tasks running that may be taking up your processor. And lastly check your temperatures and make sure nothing is overheating in it, like your video card and processor, usually laptop components can withstand a lot of heat because that how they are made but you never know temps may be exceeding the limits. Free software for checking temps try speedfan.
2. Let me tell you something, your gpu is a crap! In order to play Medium-Low quality you need a mid-range gpu, in another way the 9600 or the 9400(can barely do it). Even on low resolution your graphic card can't push that kind of game, it is not as good as Intel 4500MHD, an integrated graphic card...PLEASE FOR GAMING USE A DESKTOP!!!
