I need help building a 3D model of an atom?

It's for biology. I need to build a 3D model of an iron atom, Fe. It has 26 electrons, 26 protons, and 30 neutrons. I know I'm probably gonna have to use copper wire to make the outer energy levels but how do I put all the energy levels together? I could put long wire through the middle of the nucleus but how could i attach that wire to the other outer energy levels?? Also, since the nucleus needs to have over 50 balls, I think i'm just going to make a really big ball. is there any way i could show the protons and neutrons easily? should i use something like play doe, or Styrofoam balls?? Please help me!!!! Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!
