What software can I use to build a 3D Model of a Dome?

I'm a noob at this, and virtually know very little on the topic. I was wondering if any one can recommend an easy to use program that I can use to build a dome shaped building. thank you!

1. I do 3d modeling and rendering and I would recommend 1- AutoCAD ( 3d ) 2- 3ds Max But you might need some lessons first! You can do it.
