Can someone pleas give me web-sites or instruction on how to make a 3D model of a eukaryotic cell?

I have to build a 3D model of a eukaryotic cell, and i have no idea what to do. My teacher mentioned something about foam balls, but i don't know how to label a foam ball! I also saw this model with food, but i don't think that's what she had in mind. Pleas Help!
