I can see internet explorer in my wallpaper?

I have windows vista home premium, activated, up to date including SP1. And I have the default wallpaper the lines that are blue and green. And lets say if I have Internet Explorer 7 open then i exit I can kind of see the window in my wallpaper kind of faded but visible. Why does it do that is their any way i can change it? I already tried updating Direct x, and Direct 3D
