3d ultrasound question before and after birth?

I had a 3d ultrasound of my son at 29 weeks and the pictures came out VERY good! they were extremely clear, and i could see almost every detail of his face. How much will he change from 29 weeks to birth? does anyone know if the resemblances between the 3d ultrasound & birth are uncanny?

1. i have heard they will look the same just chunkier

3. same thing with my daughter she looks exactly the same just a little more meat on the bones
