Do you have to have a full bladder for a 3D ultrasound?

Hi, I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I'm having a 3D ultrasound tomorrow morning. Is it okay to eat before I go, and do I have to have a full bladder like I did for my regular ultrasound? Thanks !!

  1. no u dont need one as your uterus is well above the pelvic bone at this stage.. but it can still help..
  2. Nope you don't have to have a full bladder. And you are free to eat. I just got one done last week. it was an awesome experiance. Enjoy your little one!

  4. no, but eat within 30 mins and bring juice :) enjoy
  5. When I had mine done a while ago I was told to eat something that really got the baby moving about 30 minutes before my appointment. Which happened to be Mexican food, which I totally loved so it was a win win there. I got some of the most amazing pictures of him from his rolls on his side to his eye shape and even his penis! I loved them!
