Is it possible to tell gender in 4D ultrasound by looking at the head and not the actual anatomy?
I had a 4D ultrasound at 19 weeks and did not want to know the gender however looking at the baby's head and facial features the baby looks like a boy. Very boyish like features, I know it is so early to really be able to tell but this REALLY looks like a little baby boy. Any thoughts?

- No.. that's just silly. You cannot tell the gender by the facial features.. at ANY stage of pregnancy.
- No. Babies don't look gender specific. If you put a baby boy in girl clothes he will look like a girl and vice versa. Sorry that isn't possible.
- Id have to see the picture to know what you mean but im pretty sure you can't babies really all look alike when they are little not to mention when they are not fully developed. Sounds to me like you really do want to know! you should just find out :)
