How do I download Nvidia driver so I can play 3D games?

I have Dell Dimension 3000 and I need a video card to play 3D games but I can't buy a video card. How do I download it. It says Setup will now exit

Well first you have to have at least a 9800 series card and up to play these games keep in mind taht 3D litteraly drops your frame rate in half than you need a 120Hz monitor. with 3D certified technology There are only 3 on the market so far, so if you didnt RECENTLY buy a new monitor you use 3D vision Than you need to buy the 3D vision Glasses by Nvidia, than you have to install it After ALL that you can play games in 3D
6. The video card is the hardware. The driver is the software that makes the hardware work properly. It allows a chunk of metal, plastic, wires, etc to talk to communicate with your computer and work. It's just to help your integrated video card work better.
