What's the difference between Intru 3d and imax 3d?

i want to c monster vs alien but don't the diff between monst vs alien 3D and monst vs alien the imax experience (listed as two seperate movies in moviefone.

1. IMAX screens are massive--far bigger than normal movie screens. The seating at IMAX theaters is very different from regular theaters as well. The seats are arranged so that the viewer feels that they are part of the action and/or in the movie. if you have the option of seeing and IMAX show or a regular show--go to the IMAX show. It makes almost any show much cooler. FWIW: the character in the movie who is supposed to be 50 ft tall--at an IMAX theater, she's really going to be 50 ft tall.
2. As far as the 3d itself there really isn't enough difference to matter. What is better about Imax is the screen is much larger than regular screen, therefore making the 3d better. I would go to the imax showing.
