3D - 2

I need a free (or inexpensive) CAD software to help create a comic book?

I need to be able to create characters and sets in a 3D environment that I can save and import into the framework of a comic and then be able to move and pose the images so they can portray the action in a scene.

  1. try qcad or another version of linux based cad. linux software is almost always free and generally has most if not all the features found in the major CAD programs
  2. Google has a free CAD program called SketchUp. It might work for your purpose. Check it out here: http://www.google.com/sketchup/product/
  3. To be honest, those kinds of comics have never been popular since the characters always end up looking like lifeless mannequins. I don't think it'll be worth your time.
  4. autocad is the best, and try here http://downallsoftware.com/ , you can get a real cheap one of the full version, easy and safe, enjoy
