What software would be best for site renderings?

I'm an architectural & civil draftsman at a local engineering firm. I'm using a pc & have no access to a mac & I'm wanting to do some presentation renderings for our site work. I use sketchup & photoshop for my buildings, but need something a little nicer for site drawings. I used Autodesk Impressions but wasn't that impressed.
