3D - 2

question for people who can do realistic 3d renderings.?

i am already proficient in autocad 2d and i think it would not be difficult to master autcad 3d, i tryed 3d max, but it has a very tough learning curve, it would take me ages to get somethign out of it. what software can i use to do very realistic renderings without needing a complete year to learn the software. i have heard you can use revit and then use v ray, other have told me that just autocad 3d and v -ray. is that true<? what do you suggest?

1. i used auto-cad its not that hard you just have to put time into it... it took me three week to learn it
