What is the best way to sell a decent amount of RV accessories?

My father gave me a decent amount of different stuff that goes in RV's stereo equipment, cameras, etc. I don't want to go through ebay or craigs list what is another alternative for selling it all?

1. There are many sites available besides ebay and Craig's list for this but they all operate around the same principle. The most important thing to remember first is to be safe as a person, and secondly your merchandise. If you are in the same state, meet in a public place where the buyer can see the item and pays for it, or consider using pay pal etc.
