Trying to build 3D Model of Tokyo Tower, help?

I'm trying to build a 3D model of the Tokyo Tower and I don't know what materials I should use to build it. I've been also looking for maybe a kit to help me, since it looks like the eiffel tower but bigger. Can you help me find something to start it off or a kit. THANKS!

2. It's interesting that you ask about building Tokyo Tower- my husband bought a illustrated book about the building of Tokyo Tower and it had a scale model made of cardboard which he put together and kept in his office until I threw it away! It was about three feet high and had a flat cardboard base with the landscaping on it.
