how do i make a 2d or 3d animated movie?

what software can i use i have anime studio debut 6 for $50 wich is working very good but i want somthing a little better that has a little better quality and dont put flash, blender or any of the free softwares i want somthing really good that i can make like half hour animated movies on 3d or 2d

1. For 3d, you can use a software called Maya. It has been used on lots of feature films for character animation and visual effects. It will do almost everything you want. www.autodesk.com/maya Learning it can take time so try out www.digitaltutors.com for any training. For 2d, try toon boom studio. Or photoshop.
2. We got one at the LA AX for $60 and it was called "animation Creator". However, away from the convention, it might be more. This was for 3D
