What kind of walls do Modern/ Contemporary Homes have theses days?

I was wondering if anyone knew types of walls modern/ contemporary homes use these days? one i want to know most about is the ones that are smooth, it looks like stucco but from what i remember, stucco is rough. 1. Wow! that house in that link looks really sharp, That finish there it can be stucco, yes you are right stucco can be rough, but it can also have a smoother texture to it, just let your builder know what type of finishing style you are looking for...good taste
