How to adjust my screen colour settings in order to correctly view 3D movies?

I have a green/magenta pair of 3D glasses, but I feel like my screen is not displaying correctly the two colours. When viewing a 3D movie, the 3D effect is somehow wrong. Is there a test video to make sure that the screen's green is my glasses' green etc?
