How much did you pay for your 3D or 4D ultrasound?

I am going to have mine done in a few weeks, and from all of my friends they paid anywhere from around $75 - $125, well my doctors office is charging $175 just for the 3D, and I'm not sure on the 4D but I'm sure its up there. I thought this was kind of expensive, everyone had been telling me that 3D should only cost maybe $75 or $100, so I'm just curious to know how much everyone else has paid.

3. $175 is kinda pricey but that just probably means you'll have more like a cd with pics or a video of the baby and way more pictures but for me all I need is one pic and the gender of the baby so the most I'd pay is $50-$75 all you need is a few pictures maybe you should try finding another place :)

I always got the deluxe package that included the 3D and 4D photos (the photos printed out and on a disc and the entire live ultrasound recorded onto a DVD) Although I can't recall exactly how much I payed, it was always less than $200 (I had three done). I'm pretty sure the first two (done at the same place) was under $150. The third one I did (at a different place in another state) was slightly more. Maybe $180. Call around to other places and get prices. Your doctor sounds a little expensive.
5. at my drs office 5 photos of a 3d ultrasound are $75. 5 pics and a cd are $125 (but you can scan the pics yourself and put them on a cd so i don't see why anyone would pay $125 for that!) and for $175 you get 5 pics, a cd with pics and movie clips.
6. I went to a Dr's office and it was $200. It came with a cd with all the pictures plus some printouts It also had a short video on the cd. It was 3D. Which in my area is not overly expensive, all the places are about that much. Maybe your Dr's office gives you more stuff with it than your friends? Ask them what it comes with. If not then look around some more.
7. my doctors office did my 3d's for free. they just did it like any other ultrasound.
8. I had a 4 ultra sound yesterday it cost 150.00 but I got pictures and cd it depends what you want and what your doctor charges
9. I paid $185, but that is a lot less than what they used to cost! When they first came out a few years ago, it cost around $300+ to get one done. If you can afford it, get it done! it is the most amazing thing to see your child move around! Its so different from the 2-D's! its just Amazing!! And if you are unsure about the sex of the baby, there is no doubting it with a 3-D ultrasound!
