If the Fourth Demension is time, why is a 4D theater just experiening the movie at a stronger level?

If you don't know what a 4D theater is: If you go to a 4D theater, you smell the smells in the movie (For example, if the characters are in a meadow filled with wild flowers, you will smell wild flowers) or if the characters are on a roller coaster, your seat will shake and turn with it.

1. They are idiots. They are equating Dimensions with the senses, and that is poor for the sience community, who understands that if the movie was in REAL 4D, you would be able to watch the entire movie in an instant.
2. possibly because it makes you feel like you are there at the time? rather then watching somthing that has happend
3. It's just poor choice of wording, like when an advertisement will say that the product presents a 'Quantum Leap' in the advancement of technology, even though a Quantum Leap is incredibly small.
4. You need to worry more about your spellings!
