Does someone knows how to do a wiggle stereoscopy?

Like this: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3464/3364409850_1b8cf89a6b_o.gif because i've tried with StereoPhotoMaker but i just can't add the effect, my image only goes side by side without sense. Please help.

1. You have to edit the image in a program like Adobe photoshop. Make two copies, then make your adjustments. The far background and the foreground will move the most, while your focus point will stay stable. Then you wrap both images into a repeating .gif file to complete the effect.
