Samsung LN46A750 or KDL-40z4100, Which is a better TV?

I went to my local Sony Store and also Futureshop and i saw two tv's which are 2008 models which are at a great price that i want to buy. The first one is the Samsung 7 series(LN46A750) which is a 46in TV on clearance for 1799.99 dollars. It is a 120hz tv with built in subwoofer, touch of colour bezel, DLNA(movies, music, photos, rss style weather and news) , usb wiselink(music, movies, pictures), The next one i was looking at was a 40in Sony Z series(KDL-40z4100) on clearence for 1499.99 which has 120hz, Bravia 2 engine, Live colour creation, DLNA(pictures only), usb media(pictures only), XMB user interface with 3d graphics, bravia sync. I would like to know which TV should i be getting.

3. Both are same Quality + reliable products , same class. difference in size. Since Samsung is 46 inc and built in subwoofer ( a bit better in sound for bass ). Samsung also TOP in LCD TV market ( use to be second after Sony.but " Kick " out Sony since 3 months ago ) . just 200 + more. WORTH !
