  1. Looks broadly balanced to me but it certainly is not a high end machine. A lot of the components are cheap but that doesn't mean they won't work well. A couple of points though. I don't like Samsung hard drives: I have found their reliability to be terrible, even worse than Seagate. 5400RPM is fairly slow by modern standards as well. Also the power supply - I admit I've never heard of CIT but I'm guessing that they are not top-notch. 500W seems a little on the low side. I'd be thinking more of 600W territory.
  2. Only problem I see is that you graphics card is using AGP, but your motherboard only has 1 PCI-Express and 2 PCI slots. But you can easily replace that card with a PCI card of equal or probably better performance.
  3. Will it work for what? I have an old computer that runs windows 98 SE with a 10GB hard Drive and 56MB of ram. I use it to go on the internet and only that...but it works for what I need it to. So to answer your question...I dunno. It looks like you have all the components to actually make a computer work. good luck.
