Origami Help!?

Okay so I'm doing a project that's due on Monday and it involves making an animal into a 3D model and I decided to do origami. I found this link for the animal I want to do: http://www.ulster.net/~spider/puffin1.htm It's the only helpful link. The problem is, I don't know how to get to the first step listed here! Help? Or if you can, give me another link with details how to make this certain animal. It's called the "Atlantic Puffin".
