Is it good to get my 3D ultrasound at 28 weeks 3 days Pregnant?

On Sunday ima be 28 weeks Pregnant. I booked my 3D ultrasound for Wednesday Sep 09. Ima be 28 weeks 3 days Pregnant on that day. Is it a good time to go get my 3D? They told me 28 weeks is the best because then if i wait to much she is gonna be to big im not gonna be able to get good pictures of her.. When did u do yours? How did the pictures came out like

I did mine at 19 wks :)
28 weeks is fine we were hopin to get ours done at 28 week but that week i have my glucose test midwife apt and its 1 of the couples birthday so hes not going to be able to get any mre time of as he is going to get the Tuesday for midwife and Wednesday of for his birthday. so were either going to have ours when were 27 weeks or 29 weeks hes going to call up next week and sort out a date
That sounds like a great time, I had mine at 29 weeks and they came out great...chubby cheeks and all:)
28 weeks is a really good time, they tell you to be as close to 29 weeks as possible, i went rigth at 29 weeks and since I am small and all baby, she didn't have much room so I could only get certain pictures of her. So I would say going now is an optimal time and your baby looks so "real" as opposed to going earlier in your pregnancy. Have fun and good luck, it was amazing for me. Also make sure you eat or drink or both beforehand so your baby is active for the pictures and able to move around easily.
I was told anytime after 20 weeks because before that they don't have much fat on their bodies and will look creepy. :( but anytime after that I was told would be great, I had friend do theirs at 20 and one a few weeks later and their pics still looked really skinny but it was very very neat. I want to have it done but i'm thirty weeks tomorrow and my twins are already getting big so I don't know how well the pictures will come out now, and mine doesn't count with my pregnancy so it will cost me 250 dollars. :( always wanted one though! good luck, i'm sure it's going to be awesome!
