3D house modeling software?

Is there good, easy-to-use software for making 3D models of houses, buildings etc.? It doesn't need to be free, but I would prefer if it is free. Thanks :)

2. Google Sketchup is possibly the easiest and best freeware out there for 3-D model building. Try it out!
