what to expect at a 27 week 3d ultrasound?

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and had my regular ultrasound at 20 weeks and found out the sex of the baby and everything. I am getting this ultrasound done to get better pictures of the baby ( I made an appointment for this and am paying for it ( there was no doctors order for it), what else can i expect at a 27 week 3d ultrasound?

1. Because there's no doctor's orders for it, you can ask to see pretty much whatever you want I'd assume. At 27 weeks your baby is beginning to get big, so don't expect a full body shot or anything, but you can probably still get nice shots of the spine, face, hands, arms, etc.
2. the pictures will be a lot more clear and everything will be more distinct. you will definitely now the sex, in case u weren't absolutely positive before. well have fun.
