whats this anime/movie?

i remember seeing a clip with basically 2 ninja guys going at it with insane slashes and stuff. they were fighting in a city place with alot of tall buildings. im pretty sure it was 3D. not really any talking. ok if i remember correctly i think i was watching the final fight scene. 2 guys jumping off of a skyscraper fighting with swords. 1 guy nearly falls to the ground but uses a grappling hook thing to get back up. fight ends both guys end on the ground. looser's armor shatters and that is btw its 3D as in bulky, more realistic and very urbanized buildings

5. some parts of it sounds like 'final fantasy 7:advent children'. sounds like the fight at the end between Sephiroth and Cloud.
6. You're definitely thinking of Karas: http://www.anime-planet.com/anime/karas but that scene is the very first scene, not the very last :) to some of the others who have responded: it's easy to figure out if you've seen it - don't give the guy crap for that :p
