Is there a Special CAD Software for Designing Only Boats?

I'm looking for a software that has features comparable to AutoCAD but is affordable for a freelance boat designer to use professionally.

1. Octave, anyCAD, Matlab most every CAD software can be used to shape and design most any shape. I use SailCut , it is free and open source, I also use Octave, it is free and open source. NORUB is gaining in users. I like pure and free GNU/GPL approved.
2. 3D Boat Design is a pretty unique software for building boats. It lets you build complex marine objects from a single surface. It also has a full library of boat models and parts.
