How do you take a regular video on a camera and turn it into a stereo sound video?

For example, i want to turn http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efUacBkI2NY into http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WOsWK51eUE (with stereo sound)

1. It's not possible to change a mono recording to stereo. The audio content of the left stereo channel is different to the right. Eg. the left channel might have keyboard while the right has lead guitar. It is not possible to separate individual instruments in a pre-mixed mono recording to create a stereo image.
