I took my 3D glasses off and watched the movie for about 1 minute without them. Is that bad for my eyes?
I watched UP in 3D without my glasses for around 1 min before putting them back on. Was that bad for my eyes?

- well im sure its not good, but i doubt they would release a movie that would destroy your eyes if you just happen to watch it for a minute without the glasses
- No, it's not bad for your eyes. The movie probably appeared a bit fuzzy though, it looks that way since that's part of what makes it look 3-d with the glasses on.
- Nick - other than the movie being blurry for you, it will not ruin your eye sight.
- It shouldn't be any problems, I bet eyes get tired having 3D glasses on, so I dojn't think that should be any damage to your eye sight. I have watched 3D movies without the glasses on. And for some people that wear glasses regulary, it might even hurt, when you have to watch with 2 pairs of glasses, one being the regular glasses, and the other being the 3D glasses.
- No, the polarized light waves they use gets to your eyes anyway. Its just that the left eye was then also getting the image for the right eye and the left eye was getting the image for the right eye. Your eyes still get those light waves with or without the glasses.
