I have 1.25 gig of ram but get an Extreme 3D insufficient Ram to run application error?

I installed Extreme 3D 2 and get a box pop up that says Insufficient ram to run application. I have other applications that are ram intensive and run fine. I just added 1.32 gig of ram. I need a location to download the old E3d2 as I suspect my CD is damaged and not installing properly.

1. It could be referring to VRAM. IE: The ram within your video card, devoted specifically to processing graphics. That's probably what it is, based upon the name of the program
