Why do you need 240hz tv to play 3d games like ps3, where as dvds can be 3d with any tv?

like say spy kids 3d as an example on dvd.

1. games are different in frame speeds etc. than a dvd plus those 3-d movies compared to what a 3-d game looks like is different finally and most important , the dvd has a constant picture , every time you watch it it'll be exactly the same , the game constantly changes so a faster processor is useful - you can play 3-d games on 120hz fine ( my tv is 120hz and 3-d ready - playing invincible tiger in 3-d is very cool on it ) but they just don't look as crisp as the 240hz tv will
