Where can I buy or order objects for building 3D models?

I am going to have to make a 3D model of a clothing business store and I need tiny objects for decorating the store with equipment. Does anyone know where I can order online or what store I can buy it from besides Michaels? Please make sure they're not for downloading because I am not making the model with a computer. Thanks.
