How do I enable 3d in my games?

I have my latest drivers for my Nvidia Graphics Card, and when i go to the settings, it says i can enable in-game 3d settings. It says it is compatible with left 4 dead... I enable the 3d and when i open left 4 dead.. nothing happens. there is no 3d enabled in-game. And also, what kind of 3d glasses do i use for it. Please help.

1. Yeah, this problems occurred for me too. You have to buy a hologram projector and install that onto your computer. Its a bitch to install, but once you do, you'll be amazed at the results.
