Does the battery life on your Ipod Touch on 3D Games last the same as 2D games?

Does the battery life on your Ipod Touch on 3D Games last the same as 2D games? I only have 2D games on my Ipod Touch since im scared of loosing too much battery life.. My battery life last 2-3 Hours with games(Witch suck) Do 3D games waste it even more? Or it is the same thing? Ipod Touch 2nd Generation,8G's

1. 3d with the more graphics and therefore more lighting and different tones and colors ... that will make it last alot less time... make sure to keep draining your ipod to the point of where it dies completely the first few times you get an ipod that will make you battery last alot longer ... So, yes, 3d games will decrease your battery last around 1 and a half to two and a half hours ... not much ... but still quite a bit considering how little time it lasts already. Hope this helps ^-^
