I recently got the game duke nukem 3d atomic edition, but there is no sound?

on the setup it says i have a couple of choices to use for sound and music such as Gravis ultrasound, soundblaster etc. The setup also says it doesnt support speakers. How am i supposed to get sound!? do i have to buy a sound card, or is there a free download i can use?

1. That can always be a struggle. No downloads needed. All you need to figure out is if your sound card is compatible with one of the listed options. Often it will be Soundblaster. If that doesn't work, you need to find out, perhaps by experimenting, what IRQ and DMA settings your soundcard uses. This is all from the top of my head. I am not certain about those speakers that aren't supported... Even in those days you should have had sound output I think.... Sorry if I am not more help.
