Who among the genders of female versus male are more war like tendencies?

It has been known even since the periods of early mankind, that the male is to be the 'leader' or the 'head' of a family. Why is it then that they are not found more accountable for renderings, not only among their own family lineage and relationships as well as being held accountable for Mass divisions in a Nation?

1. Men are more likely to make war on a larger scale, but women are more likely to do it on a personal level. This is because men historically defend/capture territory and/or resources for the benefit of their family grouping (or country, when taken on a larger scale), while women defend/take positions within the family grouping/country in order to ensure their own personal survival or the survival of their children. In short, a man is more likely to make war on his neighbor over a source of fresh water, while a woman is more likely to make war on another woman within her immediate grouping over her position with said man.
2. This is the difference between male and female. Men do! Women feel! In problem solving, Men will take action. The faster the better. We got lots to do and no time to do it in. Women solve problems by sharing them and reaching a solution that allows them to feel good about their choices. As you can see, Both have their positive and negative aspects. A male solution hastily done creates more problems. A female solution may take too much time, or be influenced by a negative personality. Accountability is a phantom created by others who feel "wronged" by some action. History shows that the strong Always rules the weak. That is human nature of the ego. We must live with injustice and try to keep it from ruining the globe at the same time. Some paradoxes can't be solved by good intentions.
