Want to make an episode of a TV Series with BlitzBasic and Wings 3d?

I want to make a 'special' episode of a tv show with both BlitzBasic and Wings 3d and need help designing sets and characters. Any ideas. If i do get helpful info leading to detailed tutorials i promise you can see this episode on YouTube. My other problem is this; Not too long ago I downloaded 3ds Max and can't seem to install it. Any solutions? I really wanna make this episode.
