im,a looking for a art work program that has animation in 3D or 2D ?

i have CAD drawings they are in patent pending almost there in search again - now i what to market in cartoon as how it works - so i can you tube it - i know how to draw on paper but if like a CAD that would best for me - thanks ahead of time
