what is the defference between the number of electrons a 4d sublevel can hold and a 3d sublevel?

What is the difference between the number of electrons a 4d and 3d sublevel can hold. Im not sure how to interpret the question.

1. They are the same. 4d is just further out. d level can hold up to 10 electrons (5 orbitals).
2. none - all d levels 3d, 4d, 5d, etc can only hold 10 electrons
