How do you pop off the lenses off your 3D glasses?

I want to know how to pop off my lenses off my 3D glasses neatly, without messing them up. Give me a safe and clean way to get them off. :P

1. If it is the Red and Blue kind of 3D glasses, then i would say to either punch them out or cut them out. If it is the kind you get today, then i would punch them out. i have the kind you would get today, and i punched them out. (: Hope i helped[[: xx
