Could wearing 3D glasses for an extended period of time cause damage to my vision?

I recently purchased a movie titled "My bloody Valentine" on blu-ray disc. I have to admit the graphics are pretty cool but could wearing the 3D glasses cause damage to my vision?

1. No. It would just cause some depth perception issues and you would look silly wearing them all the time. There has never really been any hazzards associated with them at all.
