When is the best time to get a 3d/4d ultrasound really?
Im 24wks and my regular ultrasound place did a 4d ultrasound thing for me just to see the baby, I didnt ask for it or anything, but it was a great surprise. but where the babies eyes should be were just like sockets, I was wondering if you can ever see the eyes in those pictures, and if you can when is the best time to get them because its pretty spooky looking. Thanks in advance!

- 28 to 30 weeks anytime after that the baby is too big to get an un-squished pic of it because you are running out of room or womb. lol
- I had one done when I was 28 weeks gone. they say between 24 and 32 weeks is best. but if you're getting the dvd and want to see a lot of movement earlier is better, the clinic advised about 27 / 28 weeks, so that the baby is developed enough, but still has enough room to move about a lot freely.
- Between 25 and 32 weeks is what I was told by my clinic. They said sometimes they catch the eyes open but there isn't a very high chance. We got one pic with our little boy opening his and we had it done at 26 weeks.
- We got ours done at 28 weeks and it was awesome we got to see him make faces and he opened his eyes a couple times. They say if you go to early it's not as good as if you wait a month or so and then if you wait to long there to big and don't have much room. The place we went to said the best time is 28-32 weeks.
