Where can I find a program to make 3d models of people?

I'm looking for a program or a website that lets you input body measurements and will give you a 3d model of a person that fits those measurements.

1. google sketch up is free to download.
2. What you are trying to make human software? It's free and results can be exported to other 3d applications. I've tried this software and I use the results in Blender 3D. I hope this can help you.
