What software can help you make 3d games?

Something that does not need programming or coding, softwares like the ones below: 3D Game Maker FPS Creator Just need something that can help me make a 3D game without any programming or coding,just mouse so that I can place my objects and stuff like that.I don't need to make a unique game.Just something similar to a book I will base it into.
