is the movie avatar imax 3d and normal 3d different?

i saw avatar 3d in a regular movie and it was okay and going to see it again but should i go see it in imax ? or not that different

1. You should go to see this in Imax 3d.
2. I thought the 3d in imax looked really good. Better than the regular 3d screen.
