Is it possible to tell gender in 4D ultrasound by looking at the head and face not the actual anatomy?

I had a 4D ultrasound at 19 weeks and did not want to know the gender however looking at the baby's head and facial features the baby looks like a boy. Very boyish like features, I know it is so early to really be able to tell but this REALLY looks like a little baby boy. Any thoughts?

1. i'm no doctor, but i guess it's possible. it kinda depends on how girly or how boyish the child turns out 2 b once they get older
2. No not possible at all.You can't tell the gender of a baby by looking at its face.
3. No you cant tell. Anyone can dress a newborn up an any gender based clothing and have people think that its that gender.
